  • CULTIVATION

We have chosen a working method in conventional agriculture with bio-control. So our cultivation method is well planned. To meet this requirement, the main tasks carried out in the vineyard are tilling, sodding, stripping, individual fertilisation, etc.

  • CULTIVATION

We are also currently working to achieve HVE environmental certification (High Environmental Value) in order to give value to our commitment to nature and the environment.

  • THE HARVESTING

The wine harvests are the result of lengthy and meticulous work. They generally take place between September and October and are carried out mechanically or by hand according to the fields. They take up to three weeks and we employ some fifty seasonal workers.
