The invigorating character of this elegant white Sancerre wine celebrates the Terres de Silex of our Château de Fontaine-Audon vineyard. The vines take deep root in this thick layer of rock, ripening the Sauvignon Blanc grapes with remarkable swiftness. The acidity is preserved by gravity pressing without destemming, before ageing for over six months in stainless steel vats. Amphora-aged wines add a final touch to this unique wine.
The pure hues of our Château de Fontaine-Audon cuvée perfectly reflect its subtle floral aromas and mineral palate. Its delightful aromatic complexity leaves a lasting impression on the palate and pairs perfectly with shellfish or elegant fish dishes.
