Grown opposite the Côte des Monts Damnés, the Pinot Noir grapes in this Sancerre rosé wine are hand-harvested by our teams, before being cluster-pressed to conserve the quality of the grape berries. After pressing, we separate the press wines and light pressings to retain only the remarkably delicate second pressings. The wines are then aged on their lees in stainless steel vats for four months to steadily reveal their expressions.
This rosé with a clear hue and generously elegant aromas is bursting with radiant freshness and dominant red fruits. It pairs perfectly with savoury appetizers like crab or smoked ham, as well as tangy strawberry or raspberry desserts.
