To craft this generous and fruity white wine, we blend several of our Sauvignon Blanc parcels, selected from three primary Sancerre terroirs. This cuvée effortlessly captures the complexity of its appellation, brought to life by the expertise of Domaine Hubert Brochard.
Gravity pressing without destemming preserves the finesse of our Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc grapes. To express the diversity of our terroirs throughout the ageing process, we select containers adapted to the typicity of each one, maturing the different wines on their lees for four months in stainless steel vats, barrels, amphorae or concrete vats.
The eye is immediately captivated by the luminous colour of this white Sancerre wine. The nose offers a delightful mix of floral and fruity notes, while its richness and liveliness caress the palate. For a truly memorable appetizer, pair this cuvée with a board of fresh cheeses.
